POUND ROCKOUT WORKOUT

Turn your body into a musical instrument and crush your fitness goals with POUND Rockout Workout—the ultimate sweat session set to killer beats. Using lightly weighted drumsticks called Ripstix®, you’ll drum, squat, lunge, and pulse your way through a high-energy cardio, strength, and conditioning workout that feels more like a rock concert than a gym class.

Using a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and functional movement, every session targets all major muscle groups while keeping your heart pumping and your energy high.

This is more than just a workout—it’s a movement experience. Expect sweat, empowerment, and a community that pushes you to show up, break limits, and feel strong in every way. Rebel Body is where you transform your body and own your power.

THE CLUB

The Club is designed for people who want more than just a workout — they want real coaching, structure, and results.

If you’re tired of jumping between classes without a clear plan, this is where things change.

Inside The Club, you’ll receive PT-style guidance within a supportive small-group training environment. Every session is structured to help you build strength, improve fitness, and move closer to your personal goals — with coaching that supports you both physically and mentally.

You can choose 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week, depending on the level of support and accountability you want.

But this isn’t just about the sessions.

You’ll also receive guidance with mindset, habits, and nutrition, helping you stay consistent and make progress outside the gym as well.
