If you’re tired of jumping between classes without a clear plan, this is where things change.
Inside The Club, you’ll receive PT-style guidance within a supportive small-group training environment. Every session is structured to help you build strength, improve fitness, and move closer to your personal goals — with coaching that supports you both physically and mentally.
You can choose 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week, depending on the level of support and accountability you want.
But this isn’t just about the sessions.
You’ll also receive guidance with mindset, habits, and nutrition, helping you stay consistent and make progress outside the gym as well.

A clear plan, ongoing accountability, and the support you need to create lasting change.

Hey there Rebel, I'm Rhay and it's so nice to have you here.
I'm the Founder of Rebel Fit Club.
Rebel Fit Club started because I wanted to create a space where women could move their bodies, feel strong, and build confidence — without pressure, judgement, or feeling like they don’t belong.
I know how intimidating fitness can feel, especially when life is busy, your body has changed, or you’re putting everyone else first. Rebel Fit Club is here to change that...
My background in mental health and recovery services means I have a deep skill of empowering and supporting people to make transitions in their lives for the better, no matter how big or small. Combining that with a love for movement, fitness and wellness, means we're about to do great things you and I.
